StarSeaBit The Company:

There is no information about who owns or runs this company on their website.

Their domain (starseabit.com) was privately registered ‘privately’ on September 11, 2024 and set to expire in 2025.

According to them…

STARSEA BIT was founded in 2018 and obtained the msb license in the united states. It provides a wide range of blockchain asset services to global users. It focuses on finding high-quality innovative blockchain asset investment opportunities and is headquartered in the united states.

Basically in a nutshell they promise high returns to ‘hopeful’ investors who have zero experience in investing, entice them to invest larger amounts and never let them withdraw their so called earnings.

None of their licenses or certificates are displayed on their site, however they do provide investors with ‘proof of SEC Registration on whats app:

The problem?

Starseabit has filed for an exemption called “Type D” which is more common in the stock market.

Starseabit is NOT legally exempt from filing as a company that offers Securities because according to them…

It focuses on finding high-quality innovative blockchain asset investment opportunities

Any investment opportunity that offers financial gains even in the form of digital returns are NOT exempt from ‘fully’ registering (and getting audited) with and by the SEC.

According the screen shot that I took from the Edgar Data Base (above), it clearly says that the SEC hasn’t reviewed the information in this filing.

StarSeaBit Address on The Edgar Data Base:

They are listing their director as a Thomas, John Hatten but I can not find a digital footprint of this person online which makes me wander if he even exists.

They list an Albany, New York address of 80 State Street:

But sadly StarSeaBit is no where to be found in the directory of that office building.

Update: I received a FAKE ‘copyright’ notice where an individual named Jeff Hadeed Maibec is ‘pretending’ my video is his:

In the image above, it looks like he is trying to hide his real name by changing a few letters.

Conclusion:

My Verdict:

Don’t worry! You can still watch it on Facebook:

StarSeaBit and starseabit.com look like a scam to me, here’s why:

1- Anonymous Owners

2- Unregistered Securities Offering

3- Fake Address

4- Director of company can not be verified

5- Investors / Victims are targeted on whatsapp.

Lastly…

Many people see that you can download apps from similar platforms like starseabit from Google Play or Apple and think it must be legitimate:

starseabit scam app

Nope!

Many scam apps can be downloaded from Google and Apple.
