Sirius Energy Review – Unregistered Green Investment?

sirius energy review

The good news about Sirius Energy is they have real pictures of people in their website.

The bad news is I can’t verify their identities or credibility online.

The CEO is Adem Yalcin:

No digital footprint exists outside of Sirius Energy.

Their domain (sirius-energy.co) was privately registered using namescheap on:

Top Countries in Traffic to Sirius Energy:

License and Registration:

In an attempt to appear legitimate, Sirius Energy has a New York Incorporation Certificate:

The Problem?

They are not registered with the US SEC (Securities Regulator) to offer an investment opportunity in the New York or anywhere else in the world.

The address they list in Manhattan is a virtual office address (Regus) which means that they only exist in the US as (name only):

sirius energy virtual office address

Investment Plans:

Investors invest their funds for a monthly promised ROI.

They promise between 10% to 14% monthly on 4 plans.

Investment cost range from $250 to $50,000.

Conclusion:

Sirius Energy looks like an Investment Scam.

Why?

Too many red flags:

1- CEO can not be verified

2- They are not registered in the US with the SEC

3- No Proof of Renewal Energy Partnerships

4- Unsustainable Returns

5- Virtual Office Address: No big US Investment firm would have a virtual office address

I used to work up to 80 hours per week, away from my home and got fed up with that lifestyle. I came online, plugged into a system, followed the steps in training and started creating a part time income. Eventually I got really consistent and replaced my income entirely online and only have to work a couple hours per day.
